good evening team philippines and goodluck sa inyo...ako po si robert miguel, isang PT at sports conditioning trainer...isang pangarap para sa akin ang makatulong sa sports na inyong linalaro...matagal na ako sa larangan ng sports conditioning, kabilang sa mga teams na pinagtrabahuhan ko ang PAMPANGA DRAGONS, NUEVA ECIJA PATRIOTS AT PAMPANGA STARS...sa ibang bansa naman eh sa BRITISH BASKETBALL LEAGUE naman, nagtrabaho ako bilang PT at trainer sa NEWCASTLE EAGLES...dito naibigan ko ang larong english football...nag-trainer therapist ako sa mga rugby games, tennis at football...ngayon, asa USA ako, pero gusto kong ibahagi sa inyo ang mga natutunan ko sa pag-train ng mga atleta...kung mamarapatin ng inyong coaching staff, pwede nuyo akong kontakin sa email ko at tuturuan ko sila kung paano i-develop ang strength, speed at endurance...again, goodluck at mabuhay ang PILIPINAS...

last night we had a blast, we celebrated michael's birthday one of our player for the homeless world cup with Urban's Board of Director, the boys where treated with lots of food, with cake and ice cream too, we missed the twins but i guess their happy to be home cause they where able to attend their once in year family reunion... i thought the celebration will be over after dinner but to our surprise, Haley (Bill's Daughter) invited the team to a movie, her treat!!! (who would say no to that)... so we just left everything (including the dishes) and run literally to catch The Prince of Persia on its last scheduled screening, ... it was awesome and we enjoyed every minute of it (I learned something about women and camels too...hehehe)... it was a wonderful night for the whole team, a welcomed event to end a very tiring week. This morning coach Rudy came and did some practice session, Bill also showed up and played with us "under the rain"... rain+soccer = guaranteed fun!!! as the famous credit company one liner goes would be the right word to summed it all..."priceless"...
