My name is Leopoldo, but my nickname is JunJun—I have no idea how I got that name.
I never finished high school, only the third year. I had no more money to spend and was living in my Auntie’s house. I dropped out of school and I have used drugs like marijuana. I have also tried rugby a couple of times.
I work at my uncles’s piggery. I earn Php1000 a month and work three hours a day, seven days a week. My dream job is a stable job, a permanent and secure job.
My family is poor because there is no good job in Bacolod for us. I live with my auntie, her husband, and her five young boys. My parents live in a place where my father’s boss bought some land, and they were asked to plant some vegetables and live there as tenants. My parents do not earn anything to live as tenants. My father also works construction with the land owner to make money.
